Terms of Use

Agreement

By downloading or using Safa, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, that's okay — just don't use the app.

These Terms are between you and Khalid Hadadi (that's me — the person who built this). Apple's App Store Terms of Service also apply separately.

Your License

I'm giving you permission to use Safa on your own Apple devices for personal use. That's it — no commercial use, no sharing, no modifying.

Please don't:

• Copy, sell, or redistribute the app
• Try to reverse-engineer or extract the source code
• Use it for anything illegal or harmful
• Remove any copyright notices or branding
• Do anything that would violate Apple's App Store Guidelines

Subscriptions

Plans

Safa Pro is an optional upgrade with auto-renewable subscriptions:

Prices may vary by region. Your local App Store pricing applies.

Free Trial

New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. It converts automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Billing

• Your Apple ID is charged when you confirm purchase, and at each renewal
• Subscriptions renew automatically — turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of your period to avoid being charged

Cancelling

Cancel any time — no hoops to jump through:

Cancellation kicks in at the end of your current period. No partial refunds.

Refunds

Refunds go through Apple, not me. If you need one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Free Features

The core timer is always free. Safa Pro adds extras on top. I may adjust what's in each tier over time, and I'll give you fair notice when that happens.

Fair Use

Pretty simple — just use Safa for what it's for. Please don't:

• Try to break into or tamper with the app
• Do anything that messes with how it works for others
• Use the Screen Time feature to bypass parental controls meant to protect kids

Your Content

Any notes or labels you type in Safa stay on your device. I never see them, store them, or touch them. What you put in is yours.

Third Parties

Safa works with a few Apple services — Health, Calendar, and Screen Time. If you use those integrations, Apple's own terms apply. I'm not responsible for what Apple does with those services.

Ownership

Everything in Safa — the design, code, graphics, and name — belongs to me. Using the app doesn't give you any ownership over any of it.

No Warranties

I want to be upfront about this:

In plain terms, I can't guarantee that:

• The app will always be available or completely bug-free
• Every bug will get fixed
• It'll do exactly what you need it to do

I work hard to keep it reliable, but no app is perfect.

Liability

As required by law, I need to include this:

If there ever is a claim, my liability won't exceed what you paid me in the past 12 months. Some places have laws that limit how far this can go — those local rules take precedence where they apply.

Indemnification

If your use of the app causes a legal claim against me — because you violated these Terms or did something harmful — you agree to cover my reasonable legal costs. This is a standard clause. It basically means: please use the app responsibly.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes would be handled by courts there.

About Apple

Safa is distributed through the App Store, but these Terms are between you and me — not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app, any support, or any claims related to it. That said, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and can enforce them if needed.

Changes

I may update these Terms when needed. I'll always update the date at the top, and I'll let you know about anything significant through the app or by email. Keeping using Safa after a change means you're okay with it.

Termination

You can stop using Safa any time — just delete the app. On my end, I can suspend access if someone is using the app in a harmful way. If that happens, your license ends immediately.
